            ACCOUNTABILITY AND MOTIVATION​

 

You will have weekly 45 minute coaching sessions on the phone or on Skype. This will help you to understand the progress you have made, any set-backs and how you can manage your health and fitness programme in the future to get the maximum benefit.

 

                GOAL SETTING

 

We have helped many people understand their goals in life and the steps needed to achieve these goals. We will explore your health and fitness goals to see what has stopped you in the past from achieving these goals - are they realistic? - What might get in the way of you making progress? What strategy can you adopt to keep you on track?  Coaching will help you to make sense of what you want and help you to take positive action to improve your well-being.
